just ask my friend sven what it's like to get the blue screen of death. i got the
black screen of death and too many issues with the laptop so i had to put a
huge dent in the credit card and get a new one. there's nothing more important
to a photographer than a functioning computer and i just can't take the risk
of loosing all my work. will update some photos once i have configured the
new laptop.

finally back at home after a a busy three weeks on the road to whiteface
snowshoe, highlands, and burlington. my job wouldn't be possible if i didn't

i'm just getting ready to head up to whiteface resort and the home of the 1980
winter olympics, lake placid. there's a 5k downhill race and a bike park that's
growing bigger as well so i thought that i'd head up and take some snaps.
just as i was packing the old backpack broke and anyone who's owned a
lowepro will appreciate the pain of their zippers. As a replacement I picked
up a tamrac 5578 and will see how that goes.
